How to register?

THE REGISTRATION PROCEDURE REQUIRES TO SETUP A NEW ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD (DIFFERENT FROM THE EXORDO PLATFORM). PLEASE SAVES BOTH: USE THE EXORDO PLATFORM FOR ABSTRACT/PAPER SUBMISSION/REVISIONS AND THE REGISTRATION PLATFORM FOR PAYMENT.

ISDRS 2019 Participants have to follow these steps in order to complete the registration procedure:

1. Setup your account:

Open the web-page "Setup your account"
Complete the sheet in order to obtain your personal password. All the mandatory fields are marked with a star (*).
Select the registration fee category. Make sure to select the correct category because you cannot change it after the password is generated. ISDRS members must copy-and-paste the "Discount code", when selecting the fee category (you can find this code after you log in to www.isdrs.org). Nanjing University staff, Organising Committee, keynote speaker, sponsors must provide a proof valid at the time of registration. The proof must be sent to isdrs2019@nju.edu.cn.
Authors who have made a submission into the ExOrdo system should insert the abstract(s)/paper(s) ID number.
Click on "Obtain your password". You will receive an email containing your personal password.

2. Log in to the ISDRS 2019 Registration platform clicking on "Register now!" at the end of these instructions.

3. STEP 1 - Account details:

Check all your information are correct and click on "Continue".

4. STEP 2 - Registration fee:

Select the registration fee you need. You can decide to attend only the ISDRS 2019 Conference or both the pre-conference event and the ISDRS 2019 Conference. Note that if you are a student, you must provide a proof valid at the time of registration. The proof can be a statement issued by your university and it must be sent to isdrs2019@nju.edu.cn.
Once you selected the registration fee, click on "Continue".

5. STEP 3 - Payment:

Check your "shopping cart". Note that for any changes in your registration, once you have completed your payment, and you need an invoice, you must contact: assistant@isdrs.org
.
You can decide to pay by credit card (PayPal) or bank transfer.
If you want to use the credit card payment, click on "Pay with PayPal". You will be re-directed to the PayPal payment web-page. Note that if you select this payment method, a commission will be applied to the amount to be payed.
If you want to use the bank transfer payment, click on "Pay by bank transfer". You will receive an email containing all the information for paying by bank transfer. Once you made the payment, you must send the bank transfer receipt to isdrs2019@nju.edu.cn. Note that the bank transfer must be completed within 5 days, otherwise your registration will be automatically deleted.

9. THAT'S IT!

Once our back office will receive the payment, you will receive an email to confirm your registration has been correctly completed.

Deadline for early bird registration (early bird fee) is March 28, 2018
ISDRS members must copy-and-paste the "Discount code", when selecting the fee category (you can find this code after you log in to www.isdrs.org).
Staff of Nanjing University must provide a proof valid at the time of registration. The proof must be sent to isdrs2019@nju.edu.cn.
Conference Organizing Committee members must provide a proof valid at the time of registration. The proof must be sent to isdrs2019@nju.edu.cn.
Sponsors must provide a proof valid at the time of registration. The proof must be sent to isdrs2019@nju.edu.cn.
Students must provide a proof valid at the time of registration. The proof can be a statement issued by your university and it must be sent to isdrs2019@nju.edu.cn.
